Your first consultation at One Skin Aesthetics is a relaxed, pressure-free session where we use the Observ diagnostic imaging device to analyse your skin condition including the deeper layers invisible to the naked eye. From there, Jess and our team create a personalized treatment plan tailored entirely to your skin goals.
Do you offer laser hair removal for all skin types?
Yes — our advanced laser technology is suitable for a wide range of skin tones and hair types. During your consultation we'll assess your skin and hair to confirm suitability and recommend the most effective treatment plan for you.
Is CoolSculpting® safe and how long do results last?
CoolSculpting® is FDA-cleared and has been used in over 11 million treatments worldwide. It permanently destroys fat cells in the treated area — meaning results are long-lasting as long as a healthy lifestyle is maintained. Most clients see full results within 3 months of treatment.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
This varies depending on the treatment and your individual skin or body goals. Many treatments show visible improvement after just one session, while others — such as laser hair removal or dermal needling — deliver best results over a series. We'll outline a full plan at your consultation.
Do you require a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes we require a $50 deposit to secure all appointments including Saturday and online bookings. This deposit is forfeited if less than 48 hours notice is given for changes. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.
